Fine morning… good number of pax gathered to witness estate sale. But before that we had to make sure we do the necessary work. Neighborhood workout with lots of merkins and Mike Tysons. 3 miles of running. Mary Catherine’s , bomb jacks (form was debated) , big boi sit-ups .
Now to the main event.
Big change coming to watchtower. 1. New management … estate sale was successfully completed.
2. New start time 5:15am. Same 45 minutes workout to encourage cafeteria participation.
3. Murph workouts to be incorporated)
4. 45 minutes of intense no break workouts (aim to keep warm during these cold winter months).
