Mosey up the pkwy with 10 squats at every street on the left, reach circle 20 heals to heaven. repeat up the pkwy to next circle going back and getting the 6. Keep going up the pkwy until the second Millbridge pool.
In the parking lot, bear crawl to first island, then broad jump to the next. Go back with bear crawl and lunge walks.
Time to head back, no bus coming for us, so have to do it.
Wait, what do we see on the way back coming to us, it’s MadDog tracking us down, very impressive.
On the way back each street on the left 10 dry docks and 20 merkins on each circle with some picking up the 6 while the others stay in a reverse plank.
Munchkin was out in front all day, so I figured I would address being ahead of the Q. I told him we are going to head to the Millbridge parking lot, but slowed down the rest of the PAX so he would get plenty ahead and we detoured down the path towards COT and stopping on the bridge.
At the bridge dips and calf raises, head to circle before COT, ab work and 2-minute plank, back to COT, done.
Great Job today, everyone pushed it with special recognition to Breadbowl for hanging in there and making it to the second pool and back. The love between Munching and Salad is real, can’t imagine what the families think of it. We had a few PAX keeping an eye on the 6 or did some use this as time to relax and have energy at the end, won’t say FuseBox’s name on that, but good work w/the 6 all around.
