WARMUP:
The Swarmers pretty much warmed up the whole hour — not quite sure it was even a workout — but the real men did the following

Hot lap around school lot and then stretch for a bit
THE THANG:
Partner up  in school lot  for three rounds of running while other partner works arms, legs and Abs
Head to stairs for 5 rounds of
20 fredy mercury’s at bottom and up top 10 jump squats and run triangle and rinse repeat 4 more times
Head to transporter shed for Paula Abdul light work
Up 2 back one – 5 merkins up and back just run
We did get to see Easy Button and his M and he tried avoiding the FUN TUNNEL – but it was too tempting and WE GOT HIM!!!

Surges send off tonight at 5:30 ish until at Mark Oneils — swing by and kick him square in the NUTS for leaving and have a beer with him and other PAX— but remember before any beer drinking the NUT shot is a must ( accepted nut shots will be – a kick, a slap, or punch) no grazing or thumping — that shit hurts too badly
