What had happened was:
Thank you to all the PAX for coming out for some really stupid exercises. Quick warmup of Merkins and Side Straddle Hops and off to some running down the dark trails to the hill. The pax warmed up on a triple nickel of merkins and squats with some bear crawl up the hill.
The second spot for some more arm work was up the hill to the circle. Four corners of Merkins, Diamond Merkins, Wide Arm Merkins, and Big Boys. Add in some running from the circle past the bridge. Use every third driveway for some Drydocks. Finally, we made it to the rock pile for partner work. 300 Curls, Tri’s and Overhead presses rotating while your partner runs. Listen to Breadbowl complain about all the running and Popeye groaning from picking up a huge rock. Run back to COT and finish with 8 burpees for 8 years of F3 Waxhaw.

Doughboy is moving – Setting up the new AO – Waxhaw on the Water. Planning summer events for the Pax once the boat arrives. The experience with the Pax of making forever friendships and making each other better men has been one of the top journeys in life. Family and Friends are what matters.
