You could see the gears turning in Elmer’s head this morning when the cars started rolling in. The first few were a given; Mount X has it’s regulars. Then a few more rolled in and they were the “Chastain might draw a few more” crowd. Then Gerber showed up and it was “Did he and Rain Man have a falling out??” The more that arrived the more the suspicion rose that something was afoot.
Now what was afoot was we were about to get the smackdown. We were gonna rock out with our block out. We were gonna raise hell with our kettlebell. We were gonna flex at Mount X. We were gonna…I think you get the point.
After a brief round the lot mosey and some warmup exercises to make sure any stragglers made it over from Cowbell, we got to The Thang which took the remainder of the time.

Rifle carry to the curb and back
Exercise 1 – 20 reps
Run around Mount X
Exercise 1 – 30 reps
Run around the full parking lot
Murder Bunny up Mount X until the six is in
Repeato with the next exercise (Shoulder Presses, Curls, Tricep Extensions, Simbas, Block Over Burpees)
That took most of our time and we called it once YHC finished 30 reps of BoBs.
Catfish took us out and while that was happening a random car tried actually taking us out. No pax (or blocks or bells) were harmed
