After completing take hot lap around parking lot.
Repeat 3 times.
Mosey to gravel circle.
Perform each of these exercises in cadence to 15:
SSH
Plank Jack
Squats
Mountain Climbers
Repeat 2 times
Mosey to split rail fence
Bobby Hurley x 15
Run to COT with 2 Burpees at traffic circle
Merkins x 15 at COT
Repeat 3 times
Mosey to rock pile and partner up
Combined 100 of Curls, Overhead Press and Triceps
Press
Mosey back to COT for some Ab work

Everything went smoothly until the rock pile. Somehow things went off the rails and very few were counting reps. Oh well, at least we were working!
