What had happened was: we left COT headed to front of HS for warmup: SSHs, Jimmy Dougans, Morrocann night club, plank, pushups, calf stretch, runners stretch, pushups.
Headed back towards COT, doing 5 squats and 6 lunge steps every light (alternating). On back path we alternated Merkins and bigboys down to the shed. Did a set of 25 (in cadence) air presses and a set of 25 (in cadence.) air jabs. Headed to the steps of the High school 5 burpees, up the stairs 10 donkey kicks, down hill 10 LBCs. 5 rounds decreasing burpee count each time. Then headed to the wooden benches. 20 dips took a lap around Geeb jungle, 20 incline merkins took another lap around Geeb jungle. Headed back to COT but 1st doing some more lunges and squats around the parking lot.
