Moleskin:
What a beautiful morning. I know we had a couple pukers or dry heavers today in Rockslide and Popeye. Take that as a good sign as they were working hard.
Rainman and Chastain were the leaders of the Pax.
Surprisingly Zin was on my heals all morning and at times so was Shake n Bake.
To all you non runners you made the choice to step way outside of your comfort zone for an all running post.

I would like to thank some of the guys for sharing some personal journeys in COT, Shake n Bake, Roomba, Tron, Hatchet, and Fusebox shared personal stories about how F3 has helped them deal with personal battles through the camaraderie, and motivation within the F3 Pax . F3 is not just physical fitness but also a place to lean on others to help deal with mental and emotional struggles.

A core principle of F3 is all workouts are held outdoors rain or shine. Why, on days like to day it adds an extra layer of challenge and variability. Exercising in the cold rain can indeed contribute to mental and physical toughness. It fosters a sense of camaraderie among the fellas, as we face the elements together and push each other.
