Warm up:
Got solid stretch in for the imperial walkers and motivators, but had to move quickly.
The Thang:
Split pax up into two groups. Group one took a hike over to the groomed area of Marvin. Mailboxes on the left 10 squats alternating with 10 speed skaters.
Team up, take a stroll around the neighborhood in opposite directions Where you meet up doing 10 hand slap Merkins. Repeat a few times then head back to area one repeating mailbox squats and speed skaters
Area one started off with sevens of Mike Tyson’s and Burpee’s.
Followed by some rock work using a partner as your timer who would be doing 10 LBC on the opposite side while first partner did some exercise:
Curls
Tris
Squat thruster
Bent rows
Lateral raises
This somehow took a lot of time to get through both sets. We had to modify and skip the playground work, where we were supposed to be doing pull-ups and in and out on the swings while running the track.
Time ran out, hit COT and finish me with a few more motivators

Great to see such a good turnout at Bushwood today. Lots of new faces that YHC hasn’t seen in the past.
