WARMUP: I could not tell you. I committed to Q Swarm but some reason I was zoned to be 10 minutes early for 5:30 workout. It was clear when I arrived no one was around but I did see Mute and he said everyone is gone. At that point, I ran a PR record of 7:20 pace and found PAX at Jeeve Jungle
THE THANG: Well today, for me at least, was brutal. We had 4 PAX Q the workout: Rainman, Dasher, Gerber, and BC by switching off every 15 minutes. In summary, crap load of reps and running. The End
