– 33 PAX showed ENDURANCE by coming to work hard complain about the exercises throughout the workout
– Yes, one armed burpees are a thing even though Ice9 uses 2 hands
– Yes, one legged exercises are tougher than two legged even though Ice9 has no balance to complete
– A couple PAX decided to get a close up view of the Q’s hole in his shorts UNCOMFORTABLE by coming to a Bootcamp (cc: Paper Jam Ghosted (Christopher Brantigan))
– Some good words shared by several PAX at the end . . . While I joke around quite a bit, a sincere thanks for those willing to be vulnerable and share what is on their hearts. A good dose of ACCOUNTABILITY can go a long way to helping each of us grow in many aspects of our lives.
