A beautiful morning in the Haw for a pre-Christmas convergence. The site is called Last Call, and from the way some of the PAX were counting, it seems they started their holiday drinking a little early.
Here is what we did:
– Short mosey around the parking lot
– Circle for a quick warm up
– Serpentine of Death through the Publix parking lot
– Alternate 10 merkins / 10 jump squats at every median
– Mosey to the benches and create teams of 3 – total of 3 complete rounds. Each round consists of:
– P1 – Timer = Runs a lap around the 1st group of stores
– P2 – Plank until P1 returns
– P3 – Exercises – 1 exercise per round
1. Dips
2. Step Ups
3. Derkins
– Mosey to the other side of the parking lot
– Starfish – 5 reps each
– Middle = burpees
– Corner 1 = merkins
– Corner 2 = squats
– Corner 3 = Carolina Dry Docks
– Corner 4 = Big Bois
– Back to COT

1. Get some younger PAX to join – over 1/2 of the PAX who posted are respect or older
2. Border patrol convergence on Monday – Blakeney shopping center for a 5 mile, no drop run to see Christmas lights
