THE THANG: Run to the path for a merkin bearcrawl web going down the walking part. 1 merkin, 4 bearcrawl, repeat till 10 merkins, 40 bearcrawl.
Run to the shack, air press, donkey kicks, jabs, donkey kicks. Grab some rocks, do 50 curls, tricepts, overhead press, squats with a run up to the corner in between each set and rotating rocks.
Run to the picnic tables, 20 dips, 20 step ups, run to the corner for 10 mike tysons, repeat again. Run to the main path and lights. Finish with some ab work.
