What had happened was:

43 strong for a hot soupy morning at our monthly convergence. The Lycan was kind enough to host us this morning and I made sure to share a newly discovered hill between the storage facility buildings. The pavement is the smoothest I’ve ever felt and that hill is .

Three things:
– 1st F – We’ve got a lot of AOs. Those AOs need coordination to ensure they run smoothly, that they always have a Q lined up, and that the culture and tone are set and maintained.
– 2nd F – Kid Rock has kindly provided coffeeteria for our past few convergences. Wilbur has stepped up to be a 2nd F Q for our Shared Leadership Team.
– 3rd F – We have an opportunity and an obligation to think outside of ourselves. We do this by serving our community and our fellow man. Recalc spoke this morning of Operation Lunchables to help feed kids during the summer to provide assistance for families that rely on free lunch programs at school during the year.

All of these things require someone to step up and be a leader. It doesn’t have to be huge. It just takes movement. If you’re still hanging back in the shadows waiting for a poke or a shoulder tap to step forward then this is it. If you don’t know where to help then ask me. We aren’t just coasting.
