What had happened was: we started off with alternating lunge walk and running between the light posts at the entrance with 24 air squats at each light post. With our legs spent it was time for some upper body work. This was accomplished via bear walking between parking spaces at the rear of the school and doing merkins at each of the numbered spaces (1-14) for a total of 105 merkins. We then moved over to the jungle gym for 3 rounds of 24 reps of a pull up/supine combination, 24 step ups (2 is 1), 24 derkins, and 24 dips with a lap around the track after each round. We then headed back to COT with a final sprint to finish. YHC took us out. Great job everyone. Sorry to the few not tagged. Couldn’t recall everyone and some of the faces from the family photo were too blurry or hidden by hoodies to distinguish.
