If I can only Q one time in the month of May it might as well be the convergence with FIFTY pax, right?
Truth be told when I signed up for this slot I had no idea we’d be doing the May 1 Q Challenge and also didn’t know it’d be the convergence date. Lucky me, I had already tested today’s workout a few weeks ago at Mount X so I knew it could be expanded to accommodate any number of pax. A few points of clarification since apparently it bore repeating (and repeating, and then repeating):
– The first round was 5 reps of each exercise
– The second round was 10 reps of each exercise (yes, Jump Over Burpees, too)
– Yes, you were supposed to do your coupon reps then choose ONE mode of transportation (mosey, sprint, murder bunny, lunge walk, sandbag toss, bear crawl, rifle carry) then back to coupons
– Yes, you were supposed to do all the modes of transportation
If you didn’t do all the things above then you can make up your reps now
