Today was the day. The stars aligned, the weather was perfect, and the temperature just right. Could Cowbell pull off a 45-minute convergence with 50+ PAX, blending their signature mix of kettlebells and running?
The call went out to the loyal PAX: bring all your kettlebells! By 4:45 AM, they started rolling in—dozens of beautiful bells in every size and color (one particularly stunning golden beauty stood out). It was like Christmas in March.
Enter Rain Man, strategically deploying the bells via a providentially placed Target shopping cart to the four corners of the workout zone. The chalk was down, the directions were crisp, and Santa’s sleigh (or Singlet’s truck) delivered the final payload. We were ready.
The Thang
At 5:14 AM, the disclaimer was given. At 5:15 AM sharp, we launched.
– Warm-up: One lap around the bullpen, followed by 25 Side Straddle Hops.
– Game Plan: PAX split into four even-ish groups, each moving to a chalked station.
– Stations: Each station had four rounds of kettlebell exercises.
– Complete Round 1, then jog counterclockwise to the next station.
– After all four stations were hit, take a hot lap around the bull ring.
– Repeat for Rounds 2, 3, and 4.

– Bonus Burn: Two PAX at a time had to push Singlet’s weighted sled during each round.
The Grand Finale
With four minutes left, the PAX gathered in the center, returning all kettlebells. We circled up for a Mike Tyson Plank Circle, hammering out a total of 120 Mike Tysons before the 6:00 AM hard stop.
Mission Accomplished.
T-Claps & Takeaways
– F3 Waxhaw has come a long way. A few years ago, hardly anyone owned a kettlebell. Now? We’ve got 50+ PAX at a convergence and bells for everyone.
– The Second F was strong. So many PAX stuck around after to catch up, reconnect, and meet someone new. This is where the magic happens.
Next Assignment
If you haven’t been to a convergence coffeeteria (or any post-workout coffeeteria), consider this your official CHALLENGE. Show up, grab a cup, and build those bonds.
TClaps to all who posted today. Cowbell, you delivered.
Until next time!
